To continually develop WOFA and the Festival it is important to embrace fresh ideas and perspectives. WOFA are always open to suggestions and welcome residents who would like to be part of the planning process to join us.
Funding
Currently Canterbury City Council provide the basis of the funding for the logistics, co-ordination, programme material and provision of the Festival. WOFA provide the local knowledge, support the Co-ordinator and source funding to provide additional events for residents and visitors. This funding may be through appropriate grants, sponsorship, donations and in-kind support. The amount of this additional funding dictates the level of events and community support possible during the Festival.
